A processor may engage another processor to carry out certain tasks or activities related to the handling and storage of data. Such another processor is termed as a “Sub-processor” or “Level 2 Processor” as per The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The GDPR clearly mentions rights and obligations of Sub-processors and requires them to meet the necessary terms and conditions. We have reviewed our contracts with all our Sub-processors to have transparent data security and data sharing obligations.
