The functionality is actually not as easy as it seems. If you want to reject someone you actually have to press 2 buttons instead of just reject, if you don't it doesn't actually reject it and it won't tell you that it didn't work.

Jazz HR is not built to support large or rapidly growing companies. The ATS was okay when my team was smaller, but not manageable when it comes to handling high volume reqs/talent pools. This system can accommodate your basic needs like tracking candidate communication, creating email templates, and providing a standard career page/posting structure, but it struggles to go beyond that.

The functionality is very limited and almost nothing can be customized to fit business needs. Even "custom" reporting is very limited and does not include all fields in the system. I do not recommend this ATS for a company that must adhere to an AAP report. What you see is what you get with this system - no custom fields can be created in the job, candidate profile, offer letter, etc.
