There is at least one production issue each week, whether it goes down completely, there are issues with drop downs, or emails not sending or sending to the wrong individuals. It was a terrible experience duplicating lever instances as our company went through an internal split, and they completely re-did the UI without any user input and the new UI is awful and has terrible UX.Reporting is almost non-existent.
