As a rapidly expanding mental health care organization, they required a recruitment solution that could meet their high standards for data security as well as simplify the hiring process.

The firm usually recruits about a month’s worth of new staff monthly to help maintain its growing operations throughout the Middle East.

Given their latest employment advertisement for a psychologist position, which attracted lots of attention and amassed 2,431 applications, Aspris required a method to handle their increasing recruitment requirements efficiently.
