Sorting job applications just got smarter! Previously, applications could only be sorted by the apply date. Now, we’ve introduced a “Recently Moved” filter, ensuring that applications you’ve shortlisted or moved are always at the top of the list.
We noticed that 30% of applicants attempt to reply to system-generated emails, but their responses weren’t being captured. Now, all replies to system-generated emails will be received and stored under the candidate’s communication tab. No more missed messages!

Navigating legal requirements is now easier with our EEO Survey and OFCCP Section on the Careers Page. Once enabled from the settings page, applicants can voluntarily submit their details regarding ethnicity, gender, and race. Employers can download these reports at the end of the year to file EEO reports with the federal government.
