Story That Moves Pani:

As fresh water is a basic necessity for humans to survive and 60% of that remains unmet. When Devesh Bharadwaj, a student from New Delhi, came to know about the stark difference between the demand and supply. 

This problem can only be solved if water treatment infrastructures like desalination and wastewater treatment can operate with full potential. However, these infrastructures are resource-hungry and release large amounts of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions during operations. Even after this, the output is insufficient to meet the water demand.

The root cause for this was no access to digital technology by water treatment plants causing various issues including water supply, cost management, and environmental impact. Focusing on this, Devesh started working on an engineering solution combined with AI through Pani Energy.

Challenge

As hiring is the most essential part of any organization, Pani Energy was also looking to build a team that is driven to make substantial data-driven solutions to solve the ascertained water issue. For that, it was essential to get to people in technical and non-technical fields who are interested in working towards the problem.

Having said that, the company’s prime challenge was tapping into the right talent streams so they could invite the most qualified people to join their quest. Furthermore, they needed something that could assist Pani Energy’s hiring team in making recruitment marketing efforts successful.
