  • Manage resources, inventories, warehouses, and ensure the availability of the required items on time.
  • Hire, train, supervise new employees. Lead, motivate, and support the teams to achieve their goals within time and budget.

  • Manage the legal documents of the organization and ensure the legal compliance of the organizational processes.

Requirements : 

  • Proven experience in the operations and management field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, and other related fields.
  • Knowledge of general finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of cash-flow, balance sheets, profit & loss.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and social nature to be able to build relations with managers, other higher officials, as well as with other organizations.
  • Good leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to delegate duties and control operational activities.
