Moreover, women of color are even more underrepresented, accounting for only 12% of the HR workforce and 6% of the HR leadership roles. These numbers indicate a persistent gap between women\u2019s potential and their representation in HR.<\/p><p>However, these numbers also show the immense opportunity for women to advance and excel in HR.
