While our company grows in leaps & bounds, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can efficiently handle the organizational activities in the company.

Responsibilities : 

  • Maintain constant communications with every employee to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
  • Work closely with the directors and other higher officials to determine the values and goals for the organization.
  • Develop good quality assurance protocols, policies, industrial practices, and ensure their proper implementation.
  • Manage resources, inventories, warehouses, and ensure the availability of the required items on time.
  • Hire, train, supervise new employees. Lead, motivate, and support the teams to achieve their goals within time and budget.
  • Oversee the operational activities and ensure their completion in a cost-effective way.
  • Manage the legal documents of the organization and ensure the legal compliance of the organizational processes.
  • Check production KPI’s and enforce quality controls.
  • Suggest ways to improve customer services.
  • Oversee reporting and auditing procedures.
  • Make alliances with other organizations for future benefits.
  • Analyze problems within the organization and make sure they are sorted.
  • Try and develop a company culture that promotes high morale and outstanding performances.

Requirements : 

  • Proven experience in the operations and management field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, and other related fields.
  • Knowledge of general finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of cash-flow, balance sheets, profit & loss.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and social nature to be able to build relations with managers, other higher officials, as well as with other organizations.
  • Good leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to delegate duties and control operational activities.
